Mark was listed as brother in will of Manuel "Emanuel" D: 1725 N.J. It looks
like Manuel married Ann Hancock's sister Hannah.

From "New Jersey Colonial Documents" : 1755, June 19. Stratton, Mark, of
Evesham, Burlington Co., yeoman; will of. Wife, Ann. Children David (sole
executor). Daniel, John, Isaac, Enoch, Ruth (wife of Thomas Shinn), Ann (wife
of Hugh Sharp), Elizabeth (wife of William Berry), and Jane (wife of Joshua
Norcross). Real and personal estate. Witnessess...William Garwood, John
Prickeitt, John Burr, Jr. Codicil of October 14, 1756 directs how the bequests
to daughters should go in case of daughters's death. Same witnesses. Proved
April 8, 1759. Lib. 9 Page 262 ?? 1759 April 6 Inventory 37.3 Pounds, by James
Allen and Francis Austin.

Emanuel Stratton of Gloucester Co. N.J. yeoman, a native of Long
Island.......(Benjamin, son of Benjamin and Mary Stratton, was born on Long
Island, November 19, 1701 and settled at Fairfield, Cumberland Co. N. J. some
time prior to 1730. In 1717 a Mary Stratton was granted letters of
administration on the estate of Benjamin Stratton, late of the county of Salem,
N.J. deceased.) and a member of the Society of Friends, is said to have been
descended from a William Stratton, of Stratford, England, four of whose sons
emigrated to America. Emanuel Stratton died in 1725, appointing his "lone
brother" Mark Stratton, of Evesham, executor of his will, which was dated April
5th and proved November 26th of that year. He married Nov. 6, 1713 Hannah,
daughter of Timothy and Susanna Hancock....(then lists children of Emanuel and
Hannah.)

age, Mary and Martha. The wife and brother Mark Straten executors of real and
personal estate. Witnesses..Zacdkriah Pricket, Joh Prickit, Joh Inskeep.
Proved November 2 1725..Lib. 2 P. 304 ? ...1725 Nov. 2..Inventory of the
perosonal estate, 112.1 Pounds made by John Inskeep and Tomas Smith.

From The New Enlgand Historical and genealogical Register Vo. CV111 1954 SLC
974B2NE V. 108: Enock Stratton born 89 Sept. 1720 and died 1 July 1781 was
a son of Mark and Ann Hancock STratton, and grandson of Timothy Hancock, from
Warwickshrie in 1681 on the ship PARADISE. Mark Stratton, and his brother
Emanuel were the original settler of the name in Glouceter Co. NJ. Amy
Elkinton born 13 Jan 1724 died 1 Feb. 1817 was a daughter of Joseph and
Elizabeth Antrim Elkinton, and granddaughter of George Elkinton of Mollington
Oxfordshire England who came to NJ 14 August 1677 aboard the KENT and settled
in Burlington co. NJ. The Genealogical Magazine of JN vol 111 No. 2 page 71
gives Newton and Hadonfield Monthly Meeting, Declaration of Intentions, which
connects this data, "Enock Stratton, son of Mark, and Amy Elkinton duaghter of
Joseph 1st Mo., 1746". The marriage usually was performed about two months
later (the Elkinton Genealogy", by Dr. Arthur Adams, 1945, page 22, and
Hinshaw's "Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy", vol.,11, page 216)."

Daniel Zelley was the son of Daniel Zelley and Bathsheba Braddock, the dau. of Rehoboam Braddock and Jemima Darnell, the dau. of John Darnell, the progenitor of the Darnell family, and Hannah Borton, the dau. of John Borton, Jr., and his first wife. John Jr., was the son of John Borton and Ann, the progenitors of the Borton family. Rehoboam Braddock was the son of Robert Braddock and Elizabeth Bates, his first wife, the dau. of Joseph Bates and Mercy Clement, the dau. of James Clement and Jane, who came from England, and settled on Long Island, previous to coming to Newton, New Jersey. Joseph Bates was the son of William Bates, who came from the County of Wickloe,
